As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Maddi is uniquely qualified to provide medical nutrition therapy for diet-related chronic conditions. Maddi uses a wholistic, weight-inclusive and Health at Every Size (R) approach to nutrition therapy. We will focus on modifiable behaviors such as; specific foods, timing and frequency of eating, physical activity, amongst others while taking into account your lifestyle, values, and personal health goals.

Maddi does not provide weight loss counseling. While we do sometimes have conversations around weight, your body size will NOT be the focus of nutrition therapy nor the definition of your success in our work together. Maddi does not view body size as a behavior, and recognizes that weight is largely attributable to genetics as well as a multitude of other factors outside of an individual's control.
